Do you have a project in mind?

We begin our partnership with a simple intro call. Getting to know your brand and its goals is the first step in our process.

Carta was established by an Ecommerce Strategist with years of agency experience, and we understand the importance of performing work that is high quality and conversion-driven.

Our process is simple yet thorough, and our goal is to provide you project transparency, budget-flexible options, and clear communication throughout.

  • It all begins with a question: what is the goal? Whether it’s identifying conversion challenges or delivering a new site - we start our process by performing a thorough discovery. In this stage, we identify the needs of the project and present our recommendations to get it done in the most efficient and goal-oriented way.

  • Once the Discovery has been finished, we present a scoping sheet where the needs of the project are outlined in a detailed, and transparent manner. You will understand everything we’re including in the scope and the why behind it. The scope will have hours and budget attached to it as well as a contract ready to go.

  • Once the scope has been agreed on and all the paperwork is out of the way - we begin the project. You’ll be onboarded into our systems, given a completion timeline, and a kickoff meeting will be scheduled.

What about retainers?

Our monthly retainers begin at just 10 hours per month and go all the way to 50+ hours per month. There are different features included in different plans and we’d love to work with you to build a retainer that services your needs best.

  • If you’re looking for a retainer we begin the process by hopping on a call to discuss what your company’s needs are on a monthly basis.

    Our retainers can be built to include only the services that make the sense to you. These services can include strategic guidance, optimization, UX design, development, email marketing support, and others.

  • After a contract has been signed, we schedule a kickoff to onboard you into our systems, determine priorities, and discuss short term and long term goals.

  • Every month you will meet with an Ecommerce Strategist who will help you define a roadmap for success. Our retainer work typically consists of both, strategy-led initiatives as well as your internal “laundry list” of tasks.
